Today is our sweet Jessie's 11th birthday. I still remember how little she was when we brought her home when she was only 5 weeks old.

Chaz steals from the printer

Chaz loves to steal the paper from the printer as it comes out. Sometimes, I have to print something more than once because he's so fast he gets to it before I do and carries it off. I caught him in the act yesterday and then I just had to print some out just to watch him do it. He's so cute.

Baby quail

We have a family of baby quail living in the planter box on our deck. The babies are only days old and so small and so cute. You have to look closely. They are less than 2 inches long. There must be about 20 of them in there with their Mom and Dad.
