 I recently bought a macro lens for my iPhone and it has opened up a whole new world for me.

This has to be my favorite picture of the triplets. I had it made into a canvas print and it hangs in our dining room.

More owl pictures

I've been putting out pans of water for the birds and animals who are suffering in this sweltering Arizona heat.

The owls have decided they like our yard now too and have been visiting every day. One of them likes to stand in the water. I keep trying to get a picture of that but he flies away every time before I have a chance.

I'm determined to keep trying.

We have triplets!

It's my understanding that this is unusual.

It's also hard to get a good picture of all three together.
